Manaakitanga CARE Customer Service Mastery
The Manaakitanga CARE Customer Service Mastery Programme is a fully funded, no cost training initiative aimed at front-facing staff in or connected to health and wellbeing, especially those in customer service roles within or servicing the Gore District.
The programme combines in-person workshops, online learning, and coaching support, covering topics such as emotional intelligence, relationship building, and customer service excellence. You also get to connect with your peers across different services.
